Refund & Pre-Order Policy

At Centered America, we want every supporter to feel confident in their purchase.
Because our products are often made to order and help fund community initiatives, we’ve designed a simple, transparent refund policy.

1. Pre-Orders

  • You may request a full refund for any pre-order at any time before it ships.

  • Once shipped, refunds may only be issued in the case of:

    • A damaged, defective, or incorrect item

    • A verified shipping or fulfillment error on our part

2. Standard Orders

  • You may request a full refund for any order prior to shipment.

  • After shipment, we are unable to offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please email info@centeredamerica.org with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for refund or return

Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.

4. Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund upon verification.

5. Donations

Donations are generally non-refundable, except in the event of a processing error or duplicate charge.
